Jordan also violated the Rhodes armistice accords that provided for a Jewish right to visit Jewish holy places under Jordanian control. Jordan never honored that right.<br /><br />I agree with this author that since the Arab side were the aggressors in the war that began on 30 November 1947, and continued in aggressions after that, they have forfeited rights to reclaim pre-1947 property now under Israeli rule.
