Rosh Hashana honey cake with a Sephardi twist

Delicious Honey Cake with a Sephardi Twist:
Ingredients:
1/2 cup oil
1 cup sugar
1 cup honey
2 1/2 cups self=raising flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp all spice
1 oz Walnuts/almonds
4 eggs
1 cup orange juice
3 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Bake cake for at least an hour at 180 C degrees. Enjoy!
